International Code Council (ICC) Certification for Howick now includes X-TENDA™ 3600 telescopic components

Did you know that profiles manufactured by a number of Howick machines at manufacturing plants throughout the United States are ICC certified?

Furthermore, our latest ICC-ES Evaluation Report  for the US, now includes the telescopic components produced by the X-TENDA™ 3600.

For US manufacturers who operate, or are considering purchasing, Howick machines, including the X-TENDA™ 3600, you can now choose to be a listee and include your profiles, as well as telescopic studs, under the same certification. It is a small investment that can pay big dividends in the long run by giving your customers additional assurance that you are producing code compliant cold-formed steel products.

ICC certification provides guidance for our profiles from a noted authority and assures design firms, architects, and engineers that the products produced on a Howick machine meet ICC industry standards. Likewise, they also comply with the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC).
