Hotel arrives on time
Elements Europe worked alongside Manhattan Loft Corporation and Galliford Try to provide 189 bathroom pods for the newly built five star Renaissance Marriott Hotel at St Pancras.
Using the Solopod product, Elements were able to work with the client to deliver high quality, high volume stand-alone bathroom and shower facilities to a first class standard.
The £1.1million scheme involved the regeneration of the magnificent, but long disused, St Pancras Hotel into a 245-bedroom hotel and 67 apartments directly above the high-speed Eurostar rail link.
