Tom Reed has been working with the Master Builders Association (MBA) of Western Pennsylvania and the Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters training facility in Pittsburgh, PA. He will be conducting an Educational Industry Technology Day on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
A Howick Frama 3200 will be used to demonstrate complete building process from BIM to Framing Manufacture.
The four (4) areas of focus/education for the day will be as follows:
1. Innovative Technology for manufacturing 3D model of complete engineered components in cold formed steel (CFS) for the building/construction industry
2. Revit / BIM Modeling Demonstration
3. O&M of technology and interface of open architecture software platform
4. Manufacturing and assembly demonstration
