Business growth means new factory for Howick customer Uniplan Group

Congratulations to leading Australian construction company Uniplan Group on their move to an amazing new factory space.

Uniplan Group specialises in factory-built modular homes done right, as this story attests. It is not surprising then, that business success and growth over the past 22 years has necessitated the move to the new 7000m2 facility. The new factory offers nearly double the production area, new offices, and extra construction stations (more buildings can fit into the new factory). The larger factory also allows for in-house cabinetry production. 

Based in Armidale, New South Wales, Uniplan has built a reputation for its innovative and efficient approach to construction - its in-factory building process is so streamlined, it cuts new home build times down to a third of those built on site.
