The Howick Stud & Track Machine is a sophisticated rollforming mill that produces stock lengths of Stud and track or finished cut to length components complete with dimpled locating holes. The data is either manually entered for simple studs/tracks or loaded into the machine as a .CSV file from a design package for pre designed panels. The change from stud to track is done by opening the hydraulically operated lip roller unit and releasing the centre rib roller. The machine features a dimple punch tool and service hole punch.
